Don't throw away your fall pumpkins! Join us for a Pumpkin Smash on Sunday, November 14th at the Hobe Sound Farmer's Market! Bring your old pumpkins in for composting services and have fun smashing them up on the farm! We will have plenty of donated pumpkins to play with from the Hobe Sound Farmers Market Pumpkin Patch! These pumpkins will be available for smashing by hand or with our slingshots (while they last), rumor has it there might even be a catapult so bring the kids! Our Friends at Florida Native Nursery in Loxahatchee are moving! We are helping them with this move and offering you plants, delivered to your door from their local nursery. These plants are grown chemical free on a larger organic farm with composted soils! They are great for attracting wildlife and pollinators. They are all Florida native or Florida friendly non-native plants. That means none of these plants are a danger to our ecosystem and can be grown more easily and sustainably than certain other plant varieties.
